ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Home Dollar is looking for a data-driven, highly strategic Head of Growth to scale our ecosystem. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, designing systems that predictably acquire and retain high-value users across our marketplace, venture studio, and agency divisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the overarching growth strategy across B2B and B2C segments.
• Manage a multi-channel acquisition budget (Paid Social, Search, SEO, Partnerships).
• Optimize the entire user funnel from awareness to retention and referral.
• Lead a cross-functional team of performance marketers, data analysts, and growth engineers.
• Establish core KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences for the executive team.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling a tech platform, marketplace, or SaaS product.
• Deep expertise in data analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and B2C consumer funnels.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
